AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL MAY THROUGH DECEMBER

Rates for 2007 for the New River House at the Peak:

$100.00 per night (two nights minimum)/$600.00 per week
$40.00 clean up fee not included in the rent
50% of total payment due required to reserve property
Balance due 15 days before arrival
